**DO NOT SHOP FOREVER 21 EVER WORST EXCHANGE POLICY. NO EXCHANGE WITHOUT RECEIPT EVEN WITH TAGS HOWEVER THERE IS NO POSTS IN STORE OR ON LINE STATING FINAL PURCHASE WITHOUT RECEIPT. BASICALLY THE ITEM PURCHASED IS CONSIDERED STOLEN!!! THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST PURCHASE!!!!! Add comment

I recently purchased three orders worth of stuff from these guys. Absolute joke, not only did it take eons to arrive, when it did the prices of a piece of clothing had been crossed out and adjusted to $6 lower. I called and spent hours of my time on hold to be told 'yes, we will adjust it' then two weeks later I get a call 'no we can't '. On top of this, 3 things I purchased broke first use. Okay, so I went to Forever 21 today to exchange a dress my aunt bought for me for store credit. My aunt and I got the dress at the Forever 21 store in Fashion Island, Newport. Package delivered to wrong address, Ups cant help unless Forever 21 ask them to retrieve package. Forever 21 refuses to because they said they delivered it correct address and they are not liable for anything. Thats the worst customer service i have ever dealt with. I will never buy from them again and let my friends know as well. I am out the money i paid. Add comment

Went to the appleton, wi store, and the woman seemed so incredibly angry that i had more than 6 outifts to try on, as if it was just too much work for her to handle. When i checked out, she was yelling at another employee right in front of me. She had blue hair, wish i would have gotten her name. Add comment

I have called twice now and have been blown off and treated like a child by all of the customer service representatives who have been super unhelpful. My package was mistakenly sent to an old address on my account. I placed the order in the evening (4/10) and didn't review the order until the following morning (4/11) when I noticed the mistake I called forever 21 first they told me there was nothing you could do and to call fedex. I went to place an egift certificate on line for my daughter's birthday...never happened...called and did it on the phone...it took 1 hour...they took my $100 out of my bank immediately....it is one week later and my daughter still has not received the certificate. I ordered a lot of stuff. I called and they said that they cancelled my order because they thought it was fraud and they couldn't verify my billing info, (although it was accurate). I placed the order again through the customer service rep on the phone. Then 2 days later, they cancelled it again! I called back and they said that their system automatically flags large purchases.
