Bought several items. Had no idea there was a no cash refund policy. Only in store credit or exchange. I placed an order on line, when received, all items were marked FINAL SALE! This was not the case when I ordered them. NO mention of anything of the kind. I ordered a dress that was only $33!! I paid express delivery for it since I have an event on Saturday (11/29) -note I ordered the dress on 11/25 and delivery showed that I would get it by 11/28!! I ordered clothes off forever21.com and it took four days for the order to be processed and shipped. One of my packages took two weeks to get to my house and the other about a week and a half. There clothes are cute but it's not worth the wait it takes it to ship. They need to find a solution to there shipping method. Add comment

I brought my fiance a some clothes from forever 21 and a few months later when she goes to wear it it still has the security tag on it. Shirt was cheap and of course I didn't keep the receipt so we went to the store to have the tag removed. So I had bought $153 worth of clothing and was actually pretty excited until I checked my bank account and they charged me the next day for $30? I didn't even buy anything.
