I have called twice now and have been blown off and treated like a child by all of the customer service representatives who have been super unhelpful. My package was mistakenly sent to an old address on my account. I placed the order in the evening (4/10) and didn't review the order until the following morning (4/11) when I noticed the mistake I called forever 21 first they told me there was nothing you could do and to call fedex. Which is confusing in and of itself because I know for a fact that forever21 can access their account with fedex... Read more

I went to place an egift certificate on line for my daughter's birthday...never happened...called and did it on the phone...it took 1 hour...they took my $100 out of my bank immediately....it is one week later and my daughter still has not received the certificate. It is not in her spam, trash or junk mail. I have called 4 times...it is noted that the certificate has been cancelled. I have never received my money back nor has she received the certificate. I ordered a lot of stuff. I called and they said that they cancelled my order because they thought it was fraud and they couldn't verify my billing info, (although it was accurate). I placed the order again through the customer service rep on the phone. Then 2 days later, they cancelled it again! I called back and they said that their system automatically flags large purchases. They recommended that I break my purchase up into 2 or 3 transactions. Ridiculous. Its a hassle and now I have to wait longer to get my items and many of them are now... Read more

Ordered something over 3weeks ago was supposedly was being delivered by FEDEX but changed to USPS. I tracked my package & it said they made a attempt to deliver my package but no one was home & that was a lie I was home all day. They said they left a notice but did not. At USPS spoke to manger asking me to come back! This is the worst will never order from them again!! Add comment

I bought 250 dollars worth of clothes form this forever 21 online (I am from Aruba), UPS managed to lose my package on their truck. After 3 months of CONSTANTLY calling them (from ARUBA! with MY money) UPS finally found my package. UPS was willing to refund me, but forever 21 REFUSED to help me out. UPS tried to help me and send an email to them to approve the refund, they received this and told me to wait 2-3 weeks to get the refund. After 4 weeks, no refund. This store is run by the worst people. Honestly I don't know how they have employees still. The associates know how to handle customers better than these managers. There's one with short hair and tattoos (I didn't get her name but I think it might start with a K) she is absolutely horrid. Not helpful and tries to make the customer sound ***. I ordered some things online and they were sent to the wrong address. I tried a million times to get Forever 21 to send my items to the right address but they have a rule once it's sent out s.o.l. I am really angry that I lost out on money and items that I needed because they were too ignorant to call the shipping people to change direction of item. My husband ordered a $50 e-gift card for my niece. We do so every year. We had it emailed to her father. He did not receive it. My husband called customer service four times over four days, each time being told to call back the next day. Each time, he spoke with rude reps who interrupted and gave him attitude. They refused to "escalate" it and allow him to speak to a supervisor. All he wanted was to either have the e-gift card re-sent or to xncl it and order a new one. I ordered something and never received it. When I first talked to customer service, the young woman told me they had to give the post office ten days to find the package. After more than ten days, I called again. A different woman said she would email me an "affidavit" to fill out so that the store could process a refund. I haven't received that email yet, and after reading some of the reviews here, I doubt that I will receive it. Next step is getting my credit card company to reverse the charges. Read more

Hi forever 21. I work at one of your stores and in my concern I feel like the employees of Forever 21 do not get the credit that we deserve. They are some of us who have school and in need of a second job to support ourselves just because we do not get the hours that we deserve. However we love our job, we love what we do. To some people retail can be really tough but to us we love it and some us wish we had more hours and an increase pay we would be much happier and not work a second job to support ourselves.
