Forever 21 King Of a Prussia mall hires rude and horrible employees. I called and complained last week to corporate and I still have not heard anything from a DM or RM. First and last time shopping there!!! Add comment

I placed an order online yesterday. Today I woke up to find out that my card was charged again. I called furious about this and the lady says oh this is how we do things it shipped from two different warehouses so we charged for what shipped and for the total order. This is a huge problem because what if I didn't have enough Money in my account I would get charged from forever 21 and a charge... Read more

Horrible business with this company. I ordered some stuff of their website. Got an email confirmation that it was shipped then woke up with another charge on my card for a seperate amount. So when I call them they have the nerve to say we were supposed to send you a email telling you we were shipping your items from two seperate warehouses so we will split the whole amount by what we are... It was my turn in line to exchange my merchandise and she didn't even greet me. I told her I wanted to exchange my two items for another two I picked up today. She does the transaction for me and I had a balance of $27 to pay. I paid the $27 and walked out of the store. I doublechecked my receipt and it turns out she charged me for three items. Worse company there was a problem with delivering my package according to USPS so they reshipped it back to forever 21 I call ask them to reship to me I paid a fee for it to be shipped back to me it's now a whole month with this back and forth and still haven't even revieved an email with a tracking number im furious Add comment

Order was cancelled because item was no longer available after order was placed. I called them to replace order with different color and reapply 20% discount when she told me discount expired and refused to reapply any comparable discount. i would not recommend Forever 21 to anybody, i have always shopped in Forever 21 and been able to return items, the sizing was great however some prices you pay for clothes that rip within a week or two is a different story. I think they are just money hungry bastards!! I love their clothes but their stuff is always over priced and I feel guilty after ordering every single time this is getting ridiculous and to top it all off they have deals but it just ends up where I waste more money I think I might be completely done with them!!
