When will you all do something about your awful customer service? As a VERY loyal customer, purchasing from you monthly...after waiting 20+ minutes on the line to speak with someone, and I tell them that a package I ordered was not delivered to my home (when online it says it was) and I'm told I need to call back Monday to file a lost package claim...that's poor customer service. The Solomon Pond Mall store is the worst store in the franchise. Today was just "winning". While three clerks talked at one end of the cash-wrap one clerk rang. Granted, this is normal for this store. Clothing is all over the floor, some hanging, most just bunched together looking like ***. Forever 21 has the most rudest workers. I have never been to a Forever 21 store where they have nice employees. Almost every single one of them are rude and unhelpful. It irritates ME when employees get mad and glare at me when I didn't like any of the clothes that I tried on and have to give it back to them. I mean this IS your job. My friends & I loved Forever 21 until today. We previously bought items that we wanted to return plus buy more. The manager named Michelle refused to put the return amount back onto the credit card used instead she told us we could only use that amount to purchase at their store. Plain and simple: terrible customer service. I go into forever 21 at the Promenade in Rogers, AR probably once a week and every time I go in nobody asks me if I'm finding everything okay. In fact nobody talks to me at all. And when I check out they don't look at me when they talk to me and they always seem like they're in a big hurry to get me out of the store. I am never again shopping at Forever 21. For one thing, they were incredibly rude and offered no defective item discount (I wanted a shirt and they only had one of my size but a button was missing and there was a stain on it) and told me I could get CASH back for my purchase if I changed my mind. Forever 21 (NEVER 21) South Coast Plaza, CA, ruined my shopping day with my 15 year old granddaughter. They refused me in her dressing room! My daughter and her friends LOVE this store but as of today were are done and will not be going back. I purchased over $100 worth of cloths late Sunday. On vacation and took my daughter to Forever 21, a store we do not have at home. She picked out several things, and decided not to get one of the items. Bought online for my wife on 6/9/14. The closest store is over an hour away. We have a newborn and we're not able to make the drive before the 30 days. I didn't read the policy before I tried to return a unworn dress with tags and they said I can't. I called customer service and they said I am stuck with it.
