The worst of the worst! Purchased clothing online for my teenage daughter.. apparently the teens love the look of the clothing. However the quality is "shabby" , Wal-mart makes better clothes. V bad experience. i ordered a product online .firstly they took 20 days and still my order didnt get delivered . Later on i requeated for a refund.theyhave deducted my delivery charges from that rs 300. thats so appalling . Add comment

I bought this very cute romper for about 13 dollars. Really cheap right? Cheap material is why. I accidentally put the romper in the dryer and it shrank a little. I put it in the wash again and pulled on it a little stretching it out, know that the material was fragile. Then it ripped... completely. A hole bigger than my fist was left. Add comment

I brought $159.00 worth of dresses. None of then looked the same and weren't the right size. I shipped it back the next day. Now they tell me I have to wait 3 months to get the refund. That's crazy. They should pay me interest on that money. Add comment

I have been a loyal costumer for 5 years and have spent hundreds of dollars at the store and am well aware of their return policy; however, I am shocked by how their manager at the Danbury, CT store handled the situation. Horrible service!! Emailed them several times with no response!! No email confirmation but they took the money from my account. I can't track the order, can't talk to customer service since they do not reply.
