Got gift cards for christmas, 200.00 worth and spent it all on the online store with awesome sales going on. I paid priority shipping for my order and only received HALF of my order within a week. The other half got lost, still have not received it... I received 3 items and they were all too large. I sent them back right away for a refund and used the return form that was enclosed with my order. I waited a month and sent them two emails asking for the status of my refund. I submitted a complaint about Forever 21 to the Better Business Bureau and never heard back from them. They cannot keep up with demand and need many improvements. It's not worth the headache to shop with them anymore. I used to spend hundreds of dollars a month with them. Never again. They obviously do not want my business. I will never shop here again! I bought 2 pairs of pants and 10-20 minutes later found pants that fit better at another store in the mall. I went to return them and was told even though I just bought them I would only be able to exchange them or get store credit. I am on a budget and this really irritates the *** out of me. Forever 21 really knows how to treat their customers. Epic fail! Add comment

There is no signage in stores about the non refund policy! They are cheaters and no one in stores help customers to find products and give more information. Worst store ever. Never go there. Cheap products quality too !!! Add comment

I ordered 4 headbands & 3 shirts. Ok. So It didn't even ship until 3 days later. No email notification letting me know my stuff was coming by Fedex. So i had to constantly go to my old Forever21 email to check on it.
