Forever 21 has horrible customer service and does not care about their customers. I have filed a complaint 3 times and still have not heard anything. On September 18, I went on an out of state trip and visited forever 21 in Pennsylvania and purchased a pair of shoes. I attended my event and the shoes literally ripped the skin off 4 of my toes. I had to go to the first aid office to clean up the blood and bandage my feet since I had 3 more hours... Read more

This is the first time i have been shouted at by a customer service representative. His name (or atleast he said it was) is Drake!! He wasnt ready to listen to me or my problem and just started shouting. When i asked to be connected to his manager, he literally said " no i will not do it" !! Its the worst customer service ever!! I wish there was somewhere that we can file a complaint against the agents as well but their website is of no help at... Read more

I had experience a staff at Somerset whose name is IRish a chinese national, a friend of mine just took a picture of a dress to show her daughter if she likes it and she told us not to take d pic, is it there any policies that prevent us to take the picture though i often do it in other store if my one was not with me and jusy want to show him the shirt.. And one more due to lack of fitting rooms my friend just wore the dress inside her shirt... Read more

Most pathetic store. They are happy to take your money but if you don't like what you bought and want to return it you don't get your money back in cash or on your credit card; you HAVE TO exchange it or take store credit. So basically you are screwed. Once you spend your money at "Forever @&" it is gone FOREVER. Why do people even support them. There are better clothes in so many other stores. Its a complete rip-off. Never shopping there again.... Read more

Wiregrass mall in Wesley Chapel Florida. Horrible customer service. ine cashier in a two story store. Manager didnt even offer an apology when after my daughters and I shopped for 1.5 hours and then waited in an already ridiculous line... we were then line jumped by three.. Just want to feedback to you that the store at 568 broadway has the worst attitude ever. Asked for shoes sizes but was snubbed by your staff and later on as i was paying i couldnt sign using the pen and your staff just used her finger to sign on my behalf and said it doesnt matter. And as i leave the store the sensor beeped because ur wonderful staff didnt remove the pins from my dress which i paid for. And i had to ask some other staff to help... Read more

I ordered 1 item which they could've placed in my mail box. They did not they claim to have delivered it to my mailbox & it was not there. Forever 21 will not bother to resend me my item because quote on quote "It was my fault" annoyed. They lost a customer. Do NOT ship online with forever 21 big mistake !!!

I placed an order on 6/27/16, fedex shipping #61290100160924099859, which they confirm was returned to them on 7/20/2016. Despite this, they REFUSE to refund me my money or let me speak with a supervisor. Every time I've asked for one, the rep has either "placed me on hold" only to hang up on me 30 seconds later, or I was told they were on the phone and someone would call me back within 24 hours, which has YET to happen. Paid over $100 dollars yesterday and went to return $30 item today. Was told that they NEVER GIVE CASH RETURNS and they only offer store credit! Terrible policy!
