Terrible customer service. The return shipping label was addressed to the forever 21 across the street from my house. When I went to the store to drop off the package, I was told I couldn't return it this way and I would have to pay to have it shipped to the exact same store. Not only were the customer service representatives rude but the policy makes no sense. Will never shop here again

Cashier 1135324 Francisco at willow bend mall in plano, texas. is one of the most rude cashiers I have ever encountered. Busy folding clothes. Didn't know what she was doing and when I asked if she was pressing the wrong button she got very confrontational. I am so surprised they allow people like that in customer service positions.

Don't bother trying to return someing and get your money back unless you know your gona keep the item. If you try to return something to get your money back you get a gift card with the amount you payed to the store. Like they think your gona go back to the store and buy something else.
