Manager complaint

I was purchasing a pair of jeans , which had a tag no price . When I checked out meghan (manager ) stated that I couldnt return the item as it was a sale . I asked I would like to know the actual price before we actually say it was a sale . She said she couldnt get the price because she didnt know . She failed to specify it was an online return until I spoke to the manager Libby . She kept going and going and she pushed me off to the side . I have my attorney sending corporate office a letter of representation. She also said that it was being recorded , which I also want a copy of the video

I am really upset with your service. I called 5-7 times and was on call upto 30 minutes and what happened at end would you like to stay on call or either push star to left voice message guess what there is what happened after that call was disconnected are u guys serious i called first time on 10:15 tried till 2 pm cst.

I was literally start crying at the end that no one has value of time i waste my whole day to talk to forever21 but was the outcomes still not any help

The call was regarding a small exchange. I went to stvital mall in forever i had size issue i got injury but was not able to went to the store within 30 days and then i went to store and she said call cx service and when they approved then you guys are able to exchnage it

Guess what there is no one help to out

I called on no +1 (88*) ***-**** said him i am calling from winnipeg, Mb after 20 minutes he said he is not help to out because he in US and then i called on different numbers 1 (866) 71*-***8 (7-8 times and +1 (88*) ***-**** many more times but there is no help like seriously Bla-blaCryCry

Unsatisfactory customer

My daughter received a top and bottom as a gift (never worn, tags on). When I tried to exchange for a smaller size or get a store credit to have her continue shopping, manager said no. I do not agree. I will never return and will share with everyone I know for awareness as this is not proper customer service.

Customer service designed so you give up and they keep your money

Buy products, then they don't send them, then when you ask for a refund they take you around in circles for months hoping you will just give up and they can keep your money. There's no contact phone number, managers are useless. There's a total disconnect between brain and hand. This is not bad customer service - it's fraud.

Lost order

So Ive contacted this company 3 times trying to locate a lost order. I keep gettting fold to come back tomorrow and the representative I spoke to today told me to come back in 10 days and then also said to come back in 5 months. All I need is a reshipped r of my order which I never received. Im sick of jumping through hoops for an order that contains only 3 items. This has been a VERY frustrating process and its making me want to NEVER return to shopping at this company

They keep hanging up. This company will never get my business. My daughter received gift cards from this horrible store. Place the order on 12/27 never received her order or money back. The customer service representatives don't want to help.

I had an issue with an item that I didn't receive, and I asked for a refund since I didn't receive the item. Looks like instead of issuing a refund, they charged my credit card again. Customer service was absolutely not helpful at all. They don't seem to know what they are doing. Very disappointed.

Literally, the worst customer service ever. I could give it 0 stars, I would.

I ordered some items off their site for an in store pickup. Got an email that it has gotten delivered, and spoke with their customer service, who told me to call the store about any updates on my order. Spoke on the phone with a Forever 21 store manager named Elizabeth at Southland Mall in Hayward, California, and she was no help. She told me that it says it has gotten delivered, but they did not have it.

Then, goes on to say they've seen an order with my name on it before? Then she asks if I have picked it up... If I have picked it up, why would I be calling about updates on my order? Make it make sense.

Then she tells me to call customer service, and they will be able to help me, and they are able to resend the order. I call customer service, and they say they cannot resend my order, like it was never the policy. FIRST OF ALL, FOREVER 21 should be better at training their staff, especially managers. How are you a store manager, but cannot find my items?

Basically, you are telling me you lost my package and I can't do anything about it. Trash.. Trash... and even more trash.

By the way, it has been over the waiting period and all I can do is wait, while my money is nowhere to be found. MIND YOU I SPENT A TOTAL OF ABOUT 2 HOURS TRYING TO TALK TO THEM BACK AND FORTH.

Fraud pricing rude manager

Tina ur ambassador who she stated is not a manager and refused to give me a store managers name of who is in charge of the Visalia. Ca location! She was rude from the beginning horrible customer service did nothing to help resolve the issue but create more noise of her stating she did not care to help me she did not care what I had to say! Im contacting customer service to deal with this I need the store manager to contact me and Corp district manager to take care of this matter along with dealing with such employees that say they dont care what customers have to say. I have the video and will be posting!
