Order was made online, so I received it defective through the mail. I didn't know the grommet had fallen off the dress until I was getting ready to wear it out that night.

I clipped the tags off and once I had it on I could see where the grommet had come off. This dress was unreturnable to a store, it had to be done by mail. When I emailed customer service asking for a refund (didn't want another one because I thought it might happen with all the dresses) they told me to send pictures and they would get back to me. When they did, they said I had cut the tags off so I couldn't return it, even though I hadn't yet worn it and the grommet came off as I was putting it on.

Even though it was DEFECTIVE, their response was "TOO BAD". I will NEVER buy anything from this place again!!!

BUYER BEWARE! They have the WORST customer service!!!!
