I order my items on the 12/16/23 i got 1 email about my package and that was last monday i have not received anything since i went to the store where it would be located at and they instructed me that it seems to be lost and i would have to call customer service

Poor customer service at an store in Langhorne PA (Oxford Valley Mall)

Good morning. I have tried NUMEROUS times to get some help regarding an in-store visit that my daughter experienced.

No one has responded and we are both very upset and frustrated by the customer service we have received (NOT received actually). My daughter purchased 2 dressed from the store for an upcoming trip to Florida. When she purchased the dressed they were on sale. She paid with her debit card.

However, she realized that she had forgotten her Gift Card at the time of purchase which would have covered part of the cost of the dress. The clerk (who was very nice) explained to my daughter that she could bring back the dress with the gift and her receipt and she could return and repurchase the dress with the gift card covering part of the purchase. However, when she returned to the store , she had a terrible experience. The clerk told her at first that all was good and she was going to to the return and rebuy.

However, when the clerk did the rebuy, she charged my daughter the original (not the sale price). When my daughter brought it to her attention, she insisted that she couldn't change it and now my daughter must pay the full price if she still wanted the dress. WHAT??? Why in the world would anyone do a return and rebuy in order to pay MORE money.

The clerk insisted again that this is all she could do because technically the return was already processed through and now if my daughter wanted to buy the dress, that is the price. This treatment is not acceptable. Obviously my daughter would NOT have done this transaction if she knew this was the case. So now she was over charged for a dress that she originally purchased on sale.

She was clearly within the time frame of returning as it was only a few days later. Also, she was told that she could do this with no problem as an "even exchange" and just pay with her gift card for the merchandise.

This is outrageous. Can someone please make amends for this unfair treatment and refund the extra money my daughter had to pay for lack of professionalism and proper customer service

Package never received

I never received my package and called on Sunday, Dec. 3rd and spoke to a Cust.

service rep regarding the issue. she told me to wait two days and call back on Wed to put in a lost package inquiry and start a refund. I called on Wed, as no package was received and was on hold for 2 1/2 hours. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

hung up and called back only to be on hold again for another hour. Called again on Thursday moring 8amEST, on hold for 1 1/2 hours. This is why I'm emailing.

I want a refund for my order and someone from customer service to either call me or email me back regarding this issue.

This was my first- and last-time ordering from this company.

You can not have customers waiting that long for someone to answer the phone. Very unprofessional.

I ordered a dress which was returned back on 9/12/23 and still no refund! NEVER AGAIN FOREVER21! I called them and spoke with 3 reps and the last rep told me she would email to the warehouse which is a lie because I work in customer service and this tactic is a pond off to someone else!! Issues me my refund!

Cancelled an order

Ive tried several times to call customer support but no one answers the phone. I accidentally canceled my order. Im not sure Ill even get my money back since I cant talk to someone about my issue. Would like to reorder and get the same sale price. This is very frustrating that you have a customer support number but no one answers and theres no text support either so what do I do now??

I ordered pants in the color Cypress as ship to store. I went to pick up the order and it was wrong. They gave me the color Dark Olive instead but with the Cypress tags on them. I was told to return and that the associate couldn't online order for me. When I went to re order myself my size was out. No item for me!

Was told I could return items, then after an hour of looking to replace one item, was told couldnt return or replace as promised. Loudly talking over an elderly person and showing no consideration. Leesburg premium outlet. Had to ask police to escort me back to claim my items left behind avoid anger from assistant manager who refused to supply her name. She should not work in public sector.

Hola ,el 09/12 en el Dolphin Mall, la manager a cargo decidió no darme el refund de un body que cuando compré no me percaté que estaba roto. Me insinuó que lucía usado y que ellos no venden cosas así, cuando yo personalmente he visto en la tienda ropas tiradas en el piso y manchadas y así mismo las venden. Después de eso hablé con Customer Service de la compañía Forever 21 y ya es un mes y no han respondido. Solo dicen que no hay respuesta. Realmente bien decepcionante!!!Forever 21 are not taking care of the customers !!!

No recibi mi pedido

Hola..tengo un problema pedí tres artículos en la tienda hace ya unos cuantos días. Mi pedido daba como que llegaría un 21 de agostoy nunca llegó en esa fecha. Luego cambiaron la fecha y supuestamente llegó antes de ayer. Pero en la puerta de mi casa no se recibió nada. Espere dos dias para hacer este reclamo con la esperanza de recibir el paquete. Pero aún no he recibido nada.

Buenas noches, les comento lo sucedido el día de hoy en la sucursal Coastland Mall 1704 Tamiami Trail North, Ste a19 Naples. Ingresé con mi esposa a las 17 hs aproximadamente al local, estuvimos viendo todo tipo de prendas y separando para probarlas.

Al momento de querer ingresar al probador (eran las 18 Hs), este se encontró cerrado a lo cual me acerque a la caja y me dicen que el mismo ya se encontró cerrado hasta el día siguiente a las 12 Hs. Le pregunté cómo podía ser que un lugar que vende ropa no me dejaran probar la misma y me dijeron que podía probarme donde quisiera, contestando de mala manera .

Mi esposa se probó ropa quedando en ropa interior a la vista de todos. Quisiera que me aclaren lo sucedido ya que no creo que Uds., como una empresa respetable, tengan semejante política para con sus clientes.
