Good morning. I have tried NUMEROUS times to get some help regarding an in-store visit that my daughter experienced.
No one has responded and we are both very upset and frustrated by the customer service we have received (NOT received actually). My daughter purchased 2 dressed from the store for an upcoming trip to Florida. When she purchased the dressed they were on sale. She paid with her debit card.
However, she realized that she had forgotten her Gift Card at the time of purchase which would have covered part of the cost of the dress. The clerk (who was very nice) explained to my daughter that she could bring back the dress with the gift and her receipt and she could return and repurchase the dress with the gift card covering part of the purchase. However, when she returned to the store , she had a terrible experience. The clerk told her at first that all was good and she was going to to the return and rebuy.
However, when the clerk did the rebuy, she charged my daughter the original (not the sale price). When my daughter brought it to her attention, she insisted that she couldn't change it and now my daughter must pay the full price if she still wanted the dress. WHAT??? Why in the world would anyone do a return and rebuy in order to pay MORE money.
The clerk insisted again that this is all she could do because technically the return was already processed through and now if my daughter wanted to buy the dress, that is the price. This treatment is not acceptable. Obviously my daughter would NOT have done this transaction if she knew this was the case. So now she was over charged for a dress that she originally purchased on sale.
She was clearly within the time frame of returning as it was only a few days later. Also, she was told that she could do this with no problem as an "even exchange" and just pay with her gift card for the merchandise.
This is outrageous. Can someone please make amends for this unfair treatment and refund the extra money my daughter had to pay for lack of professionalism and proper customer service

I never received my package and called on Sunday, Dec. 3rd and spoke to a Cust.
service rep regarding the issue. she told me to wait two days and call back on Wed to put in a lost package inquiry and start a refund. I called on Wed, as no package was received and was on hold for 2 1/2 hours. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
hung up and called back only to be on hold again for another hour. Called again on Thursday moring 8amEST, on hold for 1 1/2 hours. This is why I'm emailing.
I want a refund for my order and someone from customer service to either call me or email me back regarding this issue.
This was my first- and last-time ordering from this company.
You can not have customers waiting that long for someone to answer the phone. Very unprofessional.

Buenas noches, les comento lo sucedido el día de hoy en la sucursal Coastland Mall 1704 Tamiami Trail North, Ste a19 Naples. Ingresé con mi esposa a las 17 hs aproximadamente al local, estuvimos viendo todo tipo de prendas y separando para probarlas.
Al momento de querer ingresar al probador (eran las 18 Hs), este se encontró cerrado a lo cual me acerque a la caja y me dicen que el mismo ya se encontró cerrado hasta el día siguiente a las 12 Hs. Le pregunté cómo podía ser que un lugar que vende ropa no me dejaran probar la misma y me dijeron que podía probarme donde quisiera, contestando de mala manera .
Mi esposa se probó ropa quedando en ropa interior a la vista de todos. Quisiera que me aclaren lo sucedido ya que no creo que Uds., como una empresa respetable, tengan semejante política para con sus clientes.
