Forever 21 - I haven't been refunded
They keep hanging up. This company will never get my business. My daughter received gift cards from this horrible store. Place the order on 12/27 never received her order or money back. The customer service representatives don't want to help.

Store credit not accepted

I originally called they said to write email with photo of front and back of card. I hav3 since written another email and called again. The operator said they received email and she would advise them I called.nothing since.

Customer service designed so you give up and they keep your money

Buy products, then they don't send them, then when you ask for a refund they take you around in circles for months hoping you will just give up and they can keep your money. There's no contact phone number, managers are useless. There's a total disconnect between brain and hand. This is not bad customer service - it's fraud.

Customer service

I had an issue with an item that I didn't receive, and I asked for a refund since I didn't receive the item. Looks like instead of issuing a refund, they charged my credit card again. Customer service was absolutely not helpful at all. They don't seem to know what they are doing. Very disappointed.

Dress shrunk

I bought a dress for my daughter's birthday. After washing the dress it shrunk. I went to the store that just opened in winnipeg, a store manager said that I washed the dress incorrectly and didn't want to change the dress. I'm sad to see that the company doesn't care about the consumer.

Lost order

So Ive contacted this company 3 times trying to locate a lost order. I keep gettting fold to come back tomorrow and the representative I spoke to today told me to come back in 10 days and then also said to come back in 5 months. All I need is a reshipped r of my order which I never received. Im sick of jumping through hoops for an order that contains only 3 items. This has been a VERY frustrating process and its making me want to NEVER return to shopping at this company

Fraud pricing rude manager

Tina ur ambassador who she stated is not a manager and refused to give me a store managers name of who is in charge of the Visalia. Ca location! She was rude from the beginning horrible customer service did nothing to help resolve the issue but create more noise of her stating she did not care to help me she did not care what I had to say! Im contacting customer service to deal with this I need the store manager to contact me and Corp district manager to take care of this matter along with dealing with such employees that say they dont care what customers have to say. I have the video and will be posting!

I ordered some clothes on Jan 2 2022, cos of the storm snow at the time, my package was delayed many times. I check my email every single day waiting the package come, until Jan 18, your courier said the package was delivered, but it has not come yet. And then, I contacted the delivery already, they told me have to contact your company. Finally, I mailed to your customer service to report my missing package. You sent me the missing package form, and I have filled it done already. After the form sent, you didn't respond me anymore, making me don't know you will deal with that. One more thing, you sent me the missing package form again yesterday. I don't know whats happening? Please check my case. Thank you

I hear what you are saying, but it was 6 on a Saturday and I had no idea they were closing early, so seeing the doors completely open, I assumed I could buy some things, as soon as they flashed the lights, I headed straight to the desk to just a gift card instead of browsing and wasting everyone’s time. It’s not like I continued to look around and ignored the signal.

So, they obviously saw me at the counter, paying for the gift card, I don’t understand why they would lock the gate while they know there are still customers (there were other people besides me) inside the store. That is my point.

I gave no attitude, I simply walked out to the parking lot. Edit: sorry for the double post, I didn’t quite explain the situation very well, thank you.

Package not received

Supposed my package was delivered on Dec 22 at 11:04 and I called forever 21 and all they can say was wait 4 days to see if my package arrives Because the post office put delivery before they even deliver it Ive never heard that and I have mail in form and every time my mail inform says delivered my packages are always there so Im pissed off that they make me wait for 4 days I dont even want them anymore because I had a buy my daughter new gifts.

My order

First of all, I had or tried to order over the phone because the app wasn't working, the woman I spoke to actually was trying to get my credit card info over the phone. Iam seriously thinking of filing a lawsuit over that. Then I learned they charged me shipping to send me a item as well as charging me shipping to return it. This all around is bad business. Not happy at all. When I reported what this woman was trying to do I never got a follow up call either. A customer lost here.dont buy from them!
