I had to search and search trough their jelwery section for earrings because so many were missing off the original package. Jelwery section was a big messs (like always) then I noticed the manager following me so I told him about the jewelry section which he was very rude about. Pissed me off will not but anything from them again!!! Made me feel so uncomfortable!!!!!

Cashier 1135324 Francisco at willow bend mall in plano, texas. is one of the most rude cashiers I have ever encountered. Busy folding clothes. Didn't know what she was doing and when I asked if she was pressing the wrong button she got very confrontational. I am so surprised they allow people like that in customer service positions.

Terrible customer service. The return shipping label was addressed to the forever 21 across the street from my house. When I went to the store to drop off the package, I was told I couldn't return it this way and I would have to pay to have it shipped to the exact same store. Not only were the customer service representatives rude but the policy makes no sense. Will never shop here again
