So I have been emailing Forever 21 for about a week now. I have emailed every day with no response.
I still have not received my order. My order was supposed to be here over a week ago. So I messaged their Facebook page. Their Facebook page still will not respond.
Therefore, I placed a claim on my Credit Card because Forever 21 can not seem to respond to any of my attempts to contact them. I have also spent two hours on the phone with US postal who said I need to contact forever 21. Too bad Forever 21 does not respond to any of my attempts to contact them.
I will be shocked if anyone does respond. This company has lost a loyal customer.
