Friday night 10/02/2015 I went to your store located in Flatiron Crossings Mall in Broomfield, CO. The baby cashier didn't know how to take a check as a form of payment. The so called "night lead" presented herself as " Chokie" and was suppose to help with entering the check information into the system. Chokie didn't know how to take a check as a form of payment either.

Nobody knew at that moment at your store how to take a check as a form of payment. So Unprofessional!

Chokie couldn't care less and refused to learn how to take a check as a form of payment and instead turn me away from purchasing $147 worth of clothing.

I wish to file a complaint against Chokie and the baby cashier for misrepresentation of Forever 21 and unprofessional practices. Forever 21 has the worst store managers!

Who's fault is it? Yours of course Forever 21 by allowing babies to work at your stores.

First of, it's not store protocol to accept checks, so that's your fault, darl.

And then you do sound so obnoxious and rude that I'd be more surprised if anyone wanted to ever help you at all.
